Primer matters!
For reference I tried the correctors apricot and brick red with the shade sienna. At first I did NOT like these products! It's not the best but not the worst
i got one in my skin tone for my eye bags and redness. if youre on the go and have to cover something up, it works easy, but if your face is more on the drier side, it clings to dry patches. i'd say if its ginna be used fir an every day concealer, make sure your skin is moisturized and put aquaphor or vaseline on any dry spots and let it dry for a bit, then apply the concealer
Great for on the go
Inexpensive. Great for on the go. Easy to apply stick then I blend in with my finger. Wide range of colors, usually the lighter concealers are too yellow for my skin tone but not this one.
Green to cover redness
I have tried SO MANY green color correctors in different formats for my acne-prone, oily skin and this is the best one. The consistency is a little creamy but not oily, and you can kind of pat it in and it becomes a bit matte. You can layer if needed. I apply it to the back of my hand before using my fingers to tap it on the trouble spot.
My favorite concealer
I love this concealer, its actually very easy to blend, you just have to use a brush instead of a beauty blender. Ive never had any problems with it, even with layering under other products, this is my 3rd time buying it as well.
I wont buy this product again
I have been a fan of NYX for a few years now, but this is the second product by them I absolutely will not purchase again. I have tried everything I can to get this product to go on correctly, including smoothing primer and moisturizers. This not only shows through my foundation but it is tough to blend in. My face turned red just applying it. Not for me
