Pour 2 cups under warm, running bath water and soak for 20 minutes.
Hot or warm soaks should not be used by individuals with diabetes, except on advice of physician. For external use only. Do not ingest. Use only as directed. Keep out of the reach of children. My salt soak was split open on the side, so it all spilled inside the box so I was not able to use this product.

Smell is AMAZING.
I'm not a huge rose scent girlie, but I grabbed this bag to try. The smell during my bath was great, but what has kept me buying it again and again is the smell it leaves on my skin for hours after. I've also noticed after consistently using it, my poor cracked winter feet have completely healed without any extra measures besides this epsom salt. Just an enexpected, added perk!

This is my absolute favorite bathtime ritual. It smells so amazing. It's rose scented with essential oils. It leaves your skin, so silky, smooth and smelling amazing for hours after your bath and also can help with sore muscles and it has magnesium, which is also good to help you sleep if you want to smell amazing and have the silkiest smoothest skin then throw some of this in your bath you won't be sorry
