Swivel eyeliner up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes. Use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge colour to desired effect. Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Can be used alone or over eye shadow.

When I asked the person at the counter if this was similar to intense black, I was told yes. This is so much darker. Not a huge fan!
Perfect Liner for my super sensitive eyes
It's difficult for me to find an eyeliner that dioes not irritate my eyes. This eyeliner is one product that I have found that truly works for me. The pigments are rich and long lasting. The liner glides on smoothly. Yes, I am thrilled!
