I've been using this shampoo for years since way back when it was called Urban Antidotes. It took me until recently to figure out that it was causing my hair loss and breakage. This formula works very well the first couple of times you use it and then builds up like crazy. Unless you use a super clarifying shampoo every week, your hair is going to suffer. I can't believe I fell so hard for the "salon quality shampoo" nonsense and wasted so much money buying this stuff and wondering why my hair was constantly falling out. I went back to truly cleansing drugstore shampoos and my hair is growing back in very nicely.
