Tbh, I just purchased this product and had low expectations. I don't particularly like Chi products. I have very curly/ corkscrew/ coily, somewhat fine hair but a lot of it and blowing drying it takes time and can be a hassle. That being said this blow drying brush was better than expected. Chi loses 2 stars because of poor design which makes using this otherwise really nice tool a hassle. This tool works really well. Dries my hair super fast and leaves it bouncy and shiny. Hair Type Straight Hair
This is a great product but not for the price. I did see the same product at another store for cheaper. It does a decent job at blow drying as well as styling the hair. The heat is not as intense as I expected it to be.
Really loved this product however, it stopped working after.

I had a Revlon hand wand and didn't like it much because those bristles hurt my scalp when I rolled the brush. It was also almost too hot to handle. Although the Chi was pricey, I was not in love with my revlon any longer. I liked how the roller was on the Chi. There were no sharp bristles and the roller didn't get caught up in my hair. The temperature was pretty decent also.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have gray hair and it's wavy and frizzy, also I have colleagues at the crown of my head that makes me look bald! Now having gray hair, can't use heat but this product I can use the paddle brush on the crown of my head on cool so it's perfect for me!
Damaging
I really loved this brush. It was easy for me to use and I liked the shape and medium size of the brush part. I have long hair and it's very smoothing, but I realized that it really damages my hair. My hair is nice after styling but the next time I wash it my hair feels so gummy and dry. The first time this happened I thought I didn't wash my hair well enough, as if there was alot of build up in my hair shaft. But it kept happening after I used this brush. I also used it on 80% dry hair.
