Omg! This pillow case has been a game changer. I am menopausal, and I sweat at night. Well, not anymore. This pillowcase keeps me cool as a cucumber. It helps my hair not get frizzy, break, or get tangled. This pillowcase also helps my skin stay clean, and no breakouts due to sweating at night.
