Why does directions for seaweed night cream say to layer over serum and the herbal hydrating serum apply a layer over night cream? Which is it?

This can used as a lightweight moisturizer for very oily skin or applied over your favorite moisturizer or night cream for added hydration. For other serums, use under your Seaweed Night Cream. I am a model and Im traveling a lot and always have different products used on my face that sometimes cause minor breakouts or irritation.. many makeup artist have recommend your products to me... I have typically very good skin and I am on the sensitive dryer side and I need things that are not harsh or directed for oily acne. What products do yo recommend best? Hydrates well
Ah, this night cream has a delightful fragrance that will enhance your driving off to drum land. And the cream feels hydrating on my skin as well. It gives my skin the moisture it needs as I live in a dry climate.
Great night cream
I love it for my combination dry skin. It also makes a good hand cream. I wake up with the smoothest, softest face. It doesn't cause acne but I wouldn't recommend for acneic skin. People with that skin type do not need to use heavier cream products in general.

I have combination very sensitive skin & psoriasis. This cream is AMAZING!! I use it day and night, and even under my makeup! It has reduced my fine lines and completely changed the texture of my neck! My skin feels like it does in the summer even in winter! (Never happens) Love that its half the price of my old high end moisturizer & works way better! And has helped tremendously with my psoriasis!
