Tanologist Self Tan Airbrush Mist

I really like this product for only 20 bucks its a spray bottle the size of a normal sunscreen. It's definitely worth the buy. I would just say to make sure your skin is dry and that as soon as you spray it, you use a mitt and work in sections, probably limb by limb, and then torso and then back I moisturize my knees feet, elbows and hands before I used it and that would definitely helped avoid any super weird color patches or super dark patches. I really like this product. The tan this gave me was super natural. I tried doing contour my face using a mitt instead of a normal brush and it kind of left a streak on my cheeks, but that's definitely my fault for using a mit instead of a brush. I have very sensitive skin and it did not make my face break out or itch or anything like that. I will say there's a little bit of tackiness to my legs almost 14 hours later, but it's not inconvenient and nothing is sticking. It's just something I noticed. Would def recommend ! Application was quick, it doesn't smell chemically, it looks great, and didn't dry my skin out or make me break out anywhere. love!

Worst product I have ever used. The "light mist" was more like a strong shot. I have so many bad streaks. I sprayed it on and wiped with a glove just like the directions said. I have streaks on my hands that I never sprayed and washed.

Don't waste your time or money, unless you have used and liked this before. I'm not a rookie and have my tan process down pat, but hate that it's so much work and takes so long to set...for only a whisper of a fan I seldom write reviews for items I don't like, as I figure it could be user error etc but this one was so terrible I had to come and advise just in case someone needs to hear it. Was super excited to have a quicker and less messy option that was supposed to be a great even tan. What I got was the OPPOSITE of good, quick, or pretty. A) the spray /nozzle method and bottle were ineffective, meaning I had to spray myself and then wipe it all in for my whole body(wasting time). *Also it went EVERYWHERE. And while I didn't get tan...my rugs did :( B) this took literally HOURS to develop the "tan" and it was only very light, plus it was... C) so splotchy and uneven. Had tan dots on areas I hadn't wiped enough, and then my skin was still super pale, but you could see the lines and streaks on each appendage clear as day.

tried this fir the fiest time in medium and loved. definitely wsnt to exfoliate the day before and hydrate your skin with mild lotion. careful sround your hands !

As the title say, this was NOT gifted to me from Tanologist, I purchased it in-store with my own money! For reference, I ONLY use Tanologist products, I'm a diehard fan of their ULTRA DARK Tanning Water. It is my Holy Grail product but for some very odd reason, Ulta doesn't sell it. I bought both Medium AND Dark, but I decided to try Dark last night. I figured, if Heaven Forbid this works *too well* and I'm *too dark* (one can only WISH), then I would automatically know to just use Medium next time. Lets talk about the scent first. It doesnt have Tanologist's usual scent. This scent is very aquatic, it slightly reminds me of MAC turquatic but in a very Good, rounded way. It's very clean-smelling and gender neutral. This scent also doesnt linger. But the Best part is that there is literally NO self tanner development scent like.. AT ALL. My ultra dark tanning water usually wakes me up in the middle of the night from suffocating on the DHA development fumes, yet this product was completely undetectable! Lets talk about application. I actually ADORE the aerosol sprayer! Tanologist really came for Tan-Luxe's neck with this one. It sprays so good, even upside down. It made the self tanning process really easy. It has an atomizer that evenly drenches you in product, so it's totally not suitable to be used as setting spray or something. It made my tanning session unusually fast. Also, it's very hydrating. Now lets talk about the RESULTS!!! …Barely any results. I read some of the FEW non-gifted/paid reviews on Ulta as well as some comments on Tiktok and everyone was actually blasting this product for making them "orange". In my opinion, a tan is a tan, so I was BEYOND excited to possibly be orange - because that would mean that it atleast kind of works, right!!? But… I got nothing. This was literally the equivalent to using Tanologist "Light" shade in their clear mouse/clear tanning water. Such a BUMMER! I slept 5 hours in a heavy, HEAVY layer of this and got barely any color, meanwhile an equivalent application of my tried&true Ultra Dark tanning water would have me waking up TAN and looking hot! Let me also clock Tanologist for the fact that this product is 5.0oz and literally EVERY OTHER tanologist product is 6.7oz. We're missing 1.7oz sweetie. Where is it. This was not okay. Tanologist: don't pull this trick ever again, and leave the OG products ALONE. Anyway, this was a flop for me and I will be running back to my beloved Tanologist Ultra Dark tanning water, she is the greatest of all time, she is ultra dark, she is PERFECT!!!
