keep waking up. Don't recommend
I bought theses two days ago to sleep earlier and me and my boyfriend keep waking up at the same time in the middle of the night. Not once but about six or seven times. The only good thing about theses gummies is you wake up early. But barley because you get tired again around noon.

Bought Olly Sleep 2 days ago and have taken 2 gummies each night at 9:00 PM. I have not sleep at all these 2 nights. My problem is getting to sleep and was hoping these would help. Do you think if I took 3 they might work better?
