NEW CHEAP PACKAGING!
I've repurchased this item multiple times and it never fails. However, when I reordered this time, the packaging was entirely changed and a once glass dropper became a cheap plastic dispenser, which doesn't let you get excess product when the product is close to being empty. Not only is it a cheap business tactic, but the plastic on the top of my bottle broke making it almost impossible to use. If I hadn't had an old bottle with the old packaging lying around, I would've had to waste all my product. Please consider changing the packaging back to the old style because this is kind of ridiculous and not functional at all.

My go-to gua sha squalane oil since it feels lightweight and absorbs into my combination skin type. My only complaint is the product pictures don't match the product description as I hoped to get the new pump design instead of the dropper packaging
