deceptive image marketing not full size
This fresh item has false images on the listing, showing full size items of 1.3 oz and 5oz. That is false advertising and is a prosecutable federal crime in the Unuted States of America. Ulta and fresh are engaging in deception of mail order a ross state lines, which makes it a DOJ case, Department of Justice. Multi-state mail order fraud opens ulta and fresh up to class action lawsuits as well. The items I recieved instead are tiny samples in a mini bag smaller than my palm. The green bottle image of it as large as a palm is fake. This is intentional bait and switch. The pink jar is also not the same size. It shows an image of 1.3 oz and I recieved .5oz. I called customer service and asked for a refund and will give this items to my attorney as evidence. I has this same issue with Cela skincare here on Ulta greenwashing amd falsely claiming in images that their vegetarian item was vegan. This is a disgraceful scam ulta is running with poor quality control. I will also charge back the item with the bank if the refund is not granted. I think ulta needs to add a button "report issues with this listing" so we can flag these incorrect tiles. They purposely failed to show you the scale. This item is dollhouse sized. I understand shrinkflation is happening, but at the very least, show the correct dimensions. This is just straight up manipulation. very dissappinted. I bought it to out my other fresh items inside, like the spf lip balms. the bag is so small you can't even put a phone. these are 100 point samples at the striped store. :-( delete the 2 fake images!! stop scamming women! Then they make it look like 8 items are in the kit, from the primary image. Stop decieving people.

Love these products. They are so luxurious and lightweight. The kombucha left my skin radiant. The rose cream is so hydrating, yet so lightweight.
Good for sampling but costly!
The tea serum bottle is smaller than my pinky finger! I like the essence & the rose moisturizer, but the serum & cleanser are tiny. It's definitely not travel size, so use it sparingly. Good for hydration, no effect on pores yet, on dry Indian skin!
