Shake well before using. Start at the inner corner of your lid along the upper lash line and draw a line to the outer corner, following the natural curve of your eye. Let dry. For a more dramatic effect, extend the line beyond the outer corner of your lid with an upward flick. Remove with an oil-based eye makeup remover.

I've bought the same eyeliner for years . The quality of this eyeliner has went down so much. It's like putting water on your eyes. You guys should be ashamed to yourself for ripping people off like you are.
