Step 1: For an even streak free tan, exfoliate prior to application, moisturize any dry areas including elbows, knees, ankles and feet.
Step 2: Shake well. For best results, apply using a mitt in long sweeping motions, starting at the ankles and working your way up. Then move towards your back, and apply in the same motion. Ensure all areas are covered before lightly gliding any excess tan from the Mitt over your hands and feet.
Step 3: Wait until touch dry before getting dressed.
Step 4: Skin can be washed after 1 hour with warm water, pat dry. For a longer lasting, darker tan, allow 4-8 hours before showering to reveal your developed tan. For the deepest tan, re-apply BB Self Tanning Mousse 30 minutes after initial application.
Precautions: Patch test before use. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only. Wash palms after use. May stain clothing. Avoid contact with eyes. This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin ageing, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn. Store in a cool, dark place.

Fooled by the stars
I bought this because it had really high ratings. When I first unwrapped the bottle it started leaking where the top screws on, so I tried tightening it if that was the problem. It still leaked- shaking, pumping, and pumping upright, which just got all over my hands. Then I applied it everywhere and that went fine-(I shaved, exfoliated and moisturized where needed befofehand.) applying it was fine. The smell was fine at first, but when I was done and my body heat started working with it I smelled like I had just hopped out of a tanning bed, you know that burnt smell? I decided to leave it on all night and I just kept waking up to that smell. Then the next morning I washed it off, and the smell lasted on me all day. Then I took a second shower a few hours later after hiking and I could still smell it. Besides that, the tone that was on my whole body was beautiful except for some reason my arms just looked a little more orange and fake. It was just a lot, I might try just leaving it on for one hour next time and maybe it wont smell so bad for so long, and maybe won't look as orange.
Straight Liquid
This tanner is supposed to be a mousse. I went to use it for the first time and after shaking per the bottle instructions it was absolute liquid. Couldn't apply it because it wasn't even a mousse. Will be returning hoping I just got a bad bottle.
Bali Body to Natural Tan Hottie!
Wow!! I'm fair/med skin toned, and must tread lightly when trying out new self tanners. Bali Body distributed nicely and the color was beautiful, which is quite an endorsement if you've lived through the trauma of a dreaded orange self tan. It stayed a consistent deep but realistic tan, and didn't fade, blotch, or streak, even after showering. I am about 4 days from application, and haven't needed to reapply or touch up. My (top of) hands/ankles do not have heavy coloration patches or lines—and hands/ankles are often a tell-tale sign of a quality self tanner. The smell is noticeably pleasant yet subtle. I have never been someone who frequented tanning beds, nor exposed my skin to sun damage for the sake of a tan. That said, I've tried many self tanners in every price point over the past 20 years: St. Moriz, Coola, Kapari, b.tan, Maui Babe, Bondi Sands, St. Tropez, Loreal Sublime, and Jergens, in every application form including mouse, gel, mist, lotion and spray, and Bali Body is by far the best! If you're fair/med skin toned, I've done the trial and error work for you—give Bali Body a try!:)
The pump breaks every time
Color is great, smell isnt bad and dries great, BUT THE PUMP BREAKS EVERY SINGLE TIME. Just got a brand new bottle and cant pump it out after only one use. Going to try to return it if theyll let me.
Nice color
I use the ultra dark. It gives a nice brown color, no smell and it's not too incredibly sticky. The price is fantastic!
