I bought this 3 different times and while it did give me a headache but it kept my acne under control and gave me a bit of a mood boost,thats the only reason i kept taking it .I also felt naseous if i took it without food as well

Easy way to get thicker hair!
This supplement has been so easy to add into my daily routine, I take the capsules in the morning with my smoothie. I prefer these supplements over using topical treatments to help with my low density hair, with topicals I have to schedule treatments around wash days and take extra considerations with styling—but with this supplement it's so easy to take them and forget about it til the next day.
