Apply a small amount to clean damp hair, concentrating on the mid-lengths and ends. Use as a primer to detangle and hydrate. Spray and let air-dry or use when blow-drying. Tips: • Fine or Healthy Hair: Spray sparingly onto hands and apply from mid-lengths to ends. • Medium to Coarse Hair: Spray directly to hair, focusing on mid-lengths to ends or where hair needs more nourishment. For extra shine and manageability, apply one pump of Hemp Replenishing Hair & Body Oil to damp ends. • Dry or Damaged Hair: Focus spray on damaged areas and apply before using styler products. A little goes a long way, so mist lightly where needed. • For Curly or Diffused Looks: Apply the appropriate amount of spray to the hair and allow to air-dry or diffuse for the desired end look. For added hydration and definition, apply one pump of Hemp Replenishing Hair & Body Oil to dry hair.

It has it's good and bad points
I've been using this product for almost a year now. I'm only reviewing this now because while I was traveling for the holidays and using old leftover leave-in conditioner that I realized the one major thing this product lacks: it doesn't soften my hair. It also doesn't really help with frizz at all, and I live in a humid climate. I don't mind the smell because I like the way hemp smells, and it goes well with the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Lavender Mint moisturizing shampoo. Because I have fine, medium-length hair, I only use 2-3 sprays per use, so I've only used a third of the bottle in the past year. It works well as a detangler, but using it as a leave-in conditioner has not been a good move on my part.
Works well if used in small amounts
I recieved 2 full size of these as previous gwp. I water this down when I use and I've learned less is definitely more. I put about 3 spritzes in my hands and then spread throughout my hair or if i water it down some, I'll pour about a dime size amount in my hands. I live in the hight mountain desert and have fine, tight curls and my hair is generally pretty dry. If you arent finding success with this product, water it down a little bit and use less.

This is the worst product I have ever used. It does nothing to control frizz…actually makes it worse. On top of that, it smells horrible. Heat doesn't help at all. It just cooks the nasty smell into your hair.

I really liked this spray, it worked great for my oily hair and made it have a nice Sheen and softness without weighing it down with unnecessary oil, I also really enjoyed the smell because it was subtle without being overbearing and left a nice sent to my hair
