Apply to skin in sweeping motions from head to toe using a tanning mitt. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Shower off guide color after 1-4 hours, depending on desired end-result.
Precautions: This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn. Tanologist advises a patch test 24 hours before use. Do not apply on broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes. If reaction occurs, discontinue use/seek medical advice. Wash hands thoroughly after application.

Good brand, bad product
Honestly, there's nothing I like about this tanner. I am a very pale, very seasoned self tan user. While I have my holy grails and favs I still like to try new stuff, this being one of them. WASTE OF MONEY
I tried this 5 different ways with no avail. Its sticky, its orange, and rinses off with no color layoff left. "Dark" what a joke. Dont waste your money.
I won't be buying this again.

I absolutely love this tannig mouse! I got it in the shade dark! I left it on for about 4 hrs and got tan! But if you really want to achieve a darker tan keep in on over night! And wash off in the morning! I definitely will be buying again!
