definitely plumps
definitely plumps your lips, not painful, lasting effects i saw was that it turned the surrounding skin into lip skin but slightly darker? personally i dont hate it, definitely be careful with placement tho. ngl it does smell like cigarettes with vanilla.

It gets 2 stars because it gives the effect of smoothing your lips for a little bit, but that's it. I'm guessing that's why it's a weird color, because it sits in the tiny cracks of the lips and makes it look smooth. Sticky / tacky
It is very sticky and tacky. I didn't notice any improvements in my lips that any other moisturizer can do. Definately nothing special.
Don't do what is supposed to do.
Glides on nice and like she shine , but does not plump at all.

I think its the best lip plumper and I really like the color on top of a liner it tingles for like an hour before needing to be reapplied if you like the sensation. Recommend

I'm guessing that's why it's a weird color, because it sits in the tiny cracks of the lips and makes it look smooth. But after about 20 minutes the tint goes away, and your left with a normal, slightly sticky gloss. It's definitely not a serum as stated. There's no tingle, spice, or miny feeling at all, and it has a weird hint of cigarette taste for a few minutes. This is such a weird product. Oh, and I hate that the doefoot applicator. It has a hole in the middle of it and traps the gloss in it.
