I recently traveled to New York and desperately needed shampoo. One of my friends recommended Nick Stenson products and I am now in love with this shampoo. I have a very sensitive scalp and this definitely passed the test. I will be purchasing the big bottle next!

I truly wanted to love it. I tried it the first time and while it did help with some itching in my scalp it made my hair completely feel like straw. I thought it was something I did. So I waited a while and tried it again and same feeling. My hair felt completly stripped. Theres a few things I've le...

They have to change the packaging
I try samplers to see if I like a shampoo/ conditioner. Nick Stenson folks must not have tried this product in the shower: the hard plastic makes it impossible to squeeze and the conditioner is thick - so the you bang and bang to get a small portion out, wasting water and hurting your hand. I understand image but if the travel size is tough; no way I am upgrading to the full size. I do like whats inside but not worth the trouble.
Container is thick plastic
Due to heavy plastic used to hold this shampoo i will not be purchasing again. I have to bang the container on my palm ti get it to come out.

Theres so many factors that can influence your experience with a product such as hair type, environment, hard water or even using too much product. (2) Order a travel size if its available. If it doesn't work out you're not throwing out as much money.
