I have no idea how anyone could say the product is easy to get out. I almost couldn't even try the product, because I couldn't get it out. The plastic is so hard that you can't squeeze it enough, and the product is so thick that it won't slide to the top. I loved the conditioner once I got enough ou...

Not for me
It's probably me, because other people use this, and it helps their hair to be fuller. For some reason, all of the conditioners that is supposed to make my hair full, makes it fall out this one included.

Bad packaging
I wrote an another review for the full size shampoo about how terrible the packaging is. I also got the travel size just to try the products and it is so difficult to get the shampoo and conditioner (in particular) out of the bottles because it comes in a rigid, square bottle that is as hard as glass. You cannot squeeze the sides of the bottle and tapping it against your hand actually hurts. The products are great and I do love them, but they need to change the packaging to make it more user friendly. I usually do not write a lot of reviews but my hope is that someone from the company actually looks at reviews to get feedback and maybe they will see our complaints and finally change the packaging!
Impossible to get out of Bottle
The trial size comes in a very hard plastic bottle & I'm unable to get any product out. It seems like it's a good product but they need to change the bottle.
