had super dry, flakey skin on my nose for the longest time. i would exfoliate, moisturize, even put aquaphor on my nose nightly to try and heal it. makeup wouldnt stay on my nose either. but this immediately fixed that issue. love it so much and its so affordable!
Worth the buy
I have been using Eucerin Eczema Relief on my hands for the past month or so and my hands have still been irritated and red but I received this stuff on TUESDAY of this week (its Friday) and my hands already look and feel so much better. I have already went back and ordered the face cream.

I mean it's fine... but for the price point I won't be repurchasing, but I will finish my tube up. I will say it feels nice applying and does dry down well, but kind of tacky. I typically layer a thick moisturizer under this product as well.
Need this desperately for under eyes
I bought this for pick up today to help the skin under and around my eyes thats super dry, red and itchy. It gets irritated from too much retinol. This resolved the dryness immediately today. I couldn't be happier.
