Hair Type Very Curly Hair
This shampoo made my hair feel matted. I noticed a lot of hair falling out as well. I went back to the Ouidad Advanced Climate Control shampoo and conditioner. Curls look better and way less fall out in the shower.
It took me a few washes to like this product
It took me a few washes to like this product but my hair has never been healthier or softer since starting to use it. The feel of the shampoo is different then im ised to and it does lather easy but once you see the tesults of this shampoo youll be hooked. My hair feels so healthy and soft and it looks so much better, less frizz, and less split ends. You wont regret this purchase. Great product!

This shampoo makes my hair tangly, dry, and hard. I wouldn't use this again because I feel as it damages my hair.
Drying
This shampoo left my hair feeling like straw. I also got the conditioner but it didn't get rid of my dry hair nor did it detangle. Not sure if any conditioner would be able to reverse what the shampoo did. The only reason I gave it three stars is because once I diffused my hair, my curls looked great. No frizz. Still returned.
This is not the one for you if you have dry skin.
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I'm not sure that I would classify this as a "gentle cleanser." I find it to be quite cleansing, but at the same time my scalp gets SO dry after I use it. I have naturally dry skin as it is, but my scalp became unbelievably itchy at the end of day 2. I used the SheaMoisture Intensive moisture shampoo and conditioner on the next wash day and my scalp felt so much better afterwards. After several cycles of this, I have reason to believe that the shampoo may be the culprit. I even use it with the matching conditioner, but I think maybe this one is a little too cleansing to be used regularly in my wash routine.
