New formula is dry
Like others I have purchased this product before so I knew I liked it. I repurchased it twice at my usual location and had to return becuase it was dry and clumpy. I assumed it was just that batch from that location BUT no i bought it at another one while out of town and same problem. They need to remove this product from the shelves and replace with the formula they had before.

I bought this many times and loved it. I have no idea what changed but the last 3 I bought were gluey, dried out, and unusable. will never purchase again

The past couple of times I've purchased this eyeliner, I've had to return them because they are dry! NYX get it together 😭
Use to love but…
Not sure what recently happened with the formula but every single one I buy now is DRIED OUT. I haven't had any luck buying one that isn't completely dry.
Worst Nyx Eyeliner
This tube was unusable because the brush had hairs coming off of it (continually) and the liquid was all clumpy. I've used Nyx for ten years and this was the worst purchase experience I've had.
