Have the ingredients/formula changed? I have been using for 15 years and the last 2-4 years my scalp gets extremely itchy and my hair follicles even hurt. When I try different shampoos, it stops hurting. I love this product and want to keep using, but I can't take the pain.

I love the shampoo and conditioner used together. I have fine hair with high and medium porosity. Didn't weight my hair down. Soft volume after my blowout. I've never liked Biolage in the past, but love this new formula. Definitely keeping in my rotation.

I have some 4b mostly 4c textured hair and almost immediately after using this shampoo, my hair began to tangle and it felt very rough. I purchased the conditioner and deep conditioner as well and overall, my hair felt terrible!!!! I was hoping to use this line because there were additional products such as a deep conditioner and cream leave in that the pureology line doesn't have. I got this to hydrate my hair and it literally feels like the opposite happened. This is definitely getting returned!!!

I've been using this shampoo for YEARS and I love it. It smells great. It leaves my hair clean, soft, and moisturized. I use it with the Ultra Hydrasource conditioner. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. But every time I try a cheaper shampoo & conditioner I end up hating it and going back to Biolage. It's worth the money.
