I have pretty thick hair but it tends to lack volume on the top because it gets weighed down. I was hoping this would give me some added volume at the roots with out having to blow dry my hair since I mainly wash my hair at night. I am not good at styling hair, but I am trying to learn how to give my limp hair some volume & this helped! Seems very lightweight, even for my fine hair & the scent is quite nice. I am VERY picky with "perfumy" scents & this doesn't have that overly done artificial floral fragrance that I HATE in popular hair are brands. This really impressed me & I am already eying other products from the brand.
