I bought this liner and I am very disappointed. First line goes on great but then it's too dry to do a second line, no matter how many times I shake it. Honestly this is one of the worst eyeliners I've ever used. The fact that other sites that aren't loreals have higher reviews really makes me think the reviews aren't true. The tip barely works, the eyeliner dries on the tip so quickly, it's not easy to use at all. One of the worst eyeliners I've ever wasted my money on.
