J.Cat Beauty Waterproof Makeup Remover, a high performance, cucumber infused that dissolves any stubborn waterproof makeup.
Features
- Infused with cucumber to hydrate your skin
- Gently removes heavy or waterproof eye and lip makeup
Shake well before use. Saturate cotton pad or cotton ball with remover to wipe away stubborn makeup. Apply the cotton over eye area several seconds, then wipe with downward strokes and lip area in a side to side motion. Repeat if necessary. Rinse with cool water.

Not for sensitive skin
I purchased this because I wanted to try something new. I have sensitive skin and wear waterproof mascara, so I decided to try is. It burned the skin around my eyes and my skin was red and inflamed for two days after. Will not be repurchasing.

Perfect. I have tried everything possible and did not think anything at this price rate would work. And yet it works better than all the expensive remover's. I'd buy it in bulk as I don't want to run out of it.

i got it for my waterproof mascara, and it did nothing. It removed my other make up ok but the mascara took FOREVER to get off
