Peel: Open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film.
Apply and Wait: Fit the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gum line and press gently to secure. If you're using the express treatment, leave the strips on for 30 to 45 minutes. For the professional treatment, keep them on for 60 minutes.

Got them on a whim. Stuck really well on my teeth, and didnt leave that awful chemical taste that my usual Crest strips would. Saw results after one use & minimal sensitivity. They're 11% hydrogen peroxide- which is higher than the standard drugstore percentage (besides Crest Professional Effects at 14%). Personally love fhem & will repurchase.

So white you could be a light!
I have tried so many whitening products and this one by far is the very best one out there. i didn't even mean to order this , it was by accident. it came in a package with oil pulling mouth wash. when I used this two times everyone was commenting on how whit my teeth were. if u want white teeth, buy thus before everyone figures out how well it works and they raise the price. Buy it u won't regret it!!!!😁
