Key Ingredients
- 5000 ppb Ceramide - Repairs and reinforces skin's moisture barrier.
- Panthenol (Vitamin B5) and Hyaluronic Acid - Penetrates deep to nourish skin and provide lasting hydration.
- Centella Asiatica - Provides skin-soothing care.
For normal skin- After cleansing skin, soak a cotton pad with toner and sweep over face to remove remaining toxins and impurities from skin. Gently pat remaining toner until fully absorbed. Follow up with remaining skincare routine.
For dry, dehydrated skin- Following the 7 Skin method, apply toner with clean, bare hands. Gently pat into the skin until fully absorbed. Repeat 7 times. Follow up with remaining skincare routine.
For very dry or combination skin- Soak several cotton pads with toner. Place soaked cotton pads around face like a sheet mask or apply pads to specific areas of the face that feel dry (i.e. cheeks, forehead, nose, etc.) Remover pads after 10 mins. Gently pat remaining toner until fully absorbed. Follow up with remaining skincare routine.
For all-day hydration- Dispense the toner into a clean, empty mist bottle. Spray toner as mist throughout the day as needed for continued hydration.

She's that gworl
I hate to say it for the haters, but I actually think I love this, and it's my new forever toner. Some of my favorite beauty advisors recommend this, and I've got to say it did not disappoint. I have oily skin and have been using it for a week or so now, and no complaints here. I love how it feels and how clean the ingredients are. I was so lucky I had points to use too.
Found it really drying
There are citrus peel extracts that made my face feel really dry. Thought I would love it and said it did not work out.

It took me a whole year of using this daily to get thru the first bottle. I purchased other toners before I realized they now sell this in stores and they just don't compare. It's the best hydrating toner I've EVER used and it can't be replaced, trust me, I've tried lol. I didn't try to replace it bc it wasn't good, I was actually sad when I ran out. I ONLY got the others bc this was only sold online and I needed something quickly... I'll never do that again. I almost bought two but again, it took me a full year to use up the bottle and didn't want it to expire before I get to the 2nd bottle in 2026. I NEVER write reviews unless I absolutely love something so I'm telling you, don't think about it, get it. If you have dry skin, you'll love. It never broke me out or caused me any issues. If you aren't a fan of the packaging or using your hands, I suggest putting it in a spray bottle, like I did. I just spray, let it sit, pat it in and continue the rest of my routine. I love all Tony Moly products but this is by far my favorite.
Gentle But Effective
I love this toner. I had my eye on it for a while and am so glad I got it. The bottle is gigantic so even if I do a 7-step routine, it's still well worth the money and will last roughly forever. The smell is light, lovely, and slightly lemony but doesn't last long and didn't cause me any irritation. My skin feels hydrated whether I pat on 1 layer or 7, and it works well with my other skincare and under makeup.
I love it!
Works for me so far (i gave like 1/4 of the bottle left to use) i have a semi pily t-zone and redness within my cheeks and this stuff really soothes out my skin, as well great for sensitive skin people
