Step 1: use spoolie to groom/comb brow hairs in place.
Step 2: apply gel to fill and shape brows with the precise doe foot applicator. Use spoolie to gently blend away any harsh lines.
Step 3: allow product to dry for 60 seconds without touching to set in place.
For best results, avoid the brow area during cleansing. Freehand or pair with stencils.

Love it!
I think the product holds up to its advertisement. I went to a very hot concert. Recently, I walked out, looking like a hot mess with flawless eyebrows. I don't particularly love the applicator, but I use a brow brush to apply the product… flawless.

Incredible
This is the longest wearing brow product I've ever used. Fell asleep with it on and it is still there with no smudges or fading the next morning after a full night's sleep (and I am a fitful sleeper!) I do agree with other reviews that the applicator could be improved upon; it's a bit too thick when I'm trying to do my brow tails. I have very little hair in the outer half of my brows so I have to do a full fill in daily. I've started using a brush to apply the outer half as it gives me more control. I use taupe in this product, I have preiously used ash brown in the Lift and Snatch pen and neutral brown in Elf's brow pencils. I thought taupe would be too light but it actually looks great and natural on my ash brown eyebrows.

Im on my second one. Not for beginners IMO. But it's nicely water and oil resistant for me and i get oily & sweaty in the summer desert. I suggest using a lighter shade to do the fill and then use a fine liner of the right haie color you need over top. It should be used like a background to help make your drawn on hairs fade in. I have no tails. So i use brunette to help make the approximate shape. Allow to dry to get a better surface for my fine liner hair pen in a darker shade. Mix and match accordingly.

Really easy to use
I'm usually not very good at doing my eyebrows (eyebrow blindness lol) but this is really easy to use! I mainly use it to fill in some sparser areas in my brows, and I use the pigmented end to lightly dot the areas that need some color and use the brush end to diffuse it. It's really pigmented so a few dots are all that's needed! It looks really natural once it's brushed out.
It's ok
I do like how it coats the grays in my eyebrows, but I do not like the applicator. It deposits too much product on my brows, I will take a disposable spoolie and run it along the applicator and use that on my brows.
